My favourite property in Veliko Tarnovo. Fine stay, modern place. Stunning, incredible location near to Asenevtsi monument, and the restaurant which over looks the river gorge and Assen Monument. Great service from the welcoming, pleasant staff members. Large breakfast, especially coffee, breads, fruit and cheese.

Possibly the best and just perfect stay for the winter holidays. Fantastic and amazing location near attractions with views to the old town and the mountains. Near to Tsarevets, the "Konnicite " monument and the river and Bulgaria from the Ottoman empire.

The value for money at Gurko Hotel was exceptional. The room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful furniture that matched the atmosphere of the hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the town on foot, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
The only thing that could make the breakfast even better would be to offer more variety in the breakfast items.

The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions and amenities. The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking views from the balcony of my spacious room. I could see the old town and its spectacular architecture right from my bed. Speaking of which, the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, from the friendly and helpful staff to the delicious breakfast included in the price. It truly felt like a home away from home.
